This Privacy Policy describes the framework under which I collect, maintain and use the personal data of customers and partners.
I am responsible for the processing of the PERSONAL DATA collected for communication purposes, tender preparation, tax compliance, etc.
I am also the PROCESSING PROCESSOR of the PERSONAL DATA included in the texts to be translated.

In order to provide the required services, the following personal data may be collected:
CUSTOMER CONTACT DETAILS
In order to carry out the treatments you have assigned to me, I will need your exact contact details. This includes your full name, telephone number, email address, postal address etc. This information is provided by the individual client when they contact me to commission a treatment.
They are used solely for the purposes of proper communication in order to process your treatments, purposes of informing you of the progress or completion of a treatment and for the use of artwork created during therapy through art.
This data is stored in electronic form only, namely in a local computer file, on a mobile phone or in my email address book. Only I have access to this data. Your contact details are never shared with third parties.
TAX DATA OF CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
Your tax information is necessary for invoicing work and recording payments to partners. These include your name or surname, profession or field of employment, VAT number, tax identification number, tax information, headquarters or home address, etc. They are provided by the individual client when assigning a job or by the individual partner at the start of the cooperation. They are used to issue the legally required documents (invoices, receipts), to send offers and to submit the legally required tax returns. Your tax information is communicated to an accountant, with whom we work, in order for the latter to carry out all the legally required procedures at the tax office.
PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
Personal data of minors under the age of 15 are collected and processed only with the approval or consent of their parents.

While you are browsing the website, information may be collected to monitor the website traffic. This information is collected in a way that does not allow you to be identified as a natural person visiting the website (anonymisation).

PERSONAL DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
Τα δεδομένα αυτά συλλέγονται μέσω της φόρμας εγγραφής σε ενημερωτικό δελτίο που υπάρχει στον δικτυακό μου τόπο ή μέσω άλλης φόρμας που μπορεί να αποσταλεί ηλεκτρονικά σε μορφή συνδέσμου. Περιλαμβάνουν κατά κανόνα διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου και ονοματεπώνυμο. Οι χρήστες καταχωρούν οι ίδιοι τα δεδομένα τους στη φόρμα, εφόσον το επιθυμούν. Τα στοιχεία αυτά χρησιμοποιούνται για την αποστολή ενημερωτικών δελτίων (newsletter) και άλλων διαφημιστικών ενημερώσεων. Αποθηκεύονται τοπικά σε υπολογιστή και/ή σε ηλεκτρονικές λίστες επαφών ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου ή πλατφορμών αποστολής μαζικής αλληλογραφίας (π.χ. mailchimp). Τα διαχειρίζομαι εγώ και εξουσιοδοτημένοι συνεργάτες, στους οποίους έχει ανατεθεί η εκπόνηση σχεδίου στρατηγικής μάρκετινγκ του γραφείου μου.
DATA PROTECTION
Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στον Ευρωπαϊκό Γενικό Κανονισμό για την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων ΕΕ 2016/679 (GDPR) και τον νόμο 4624/2019 με τον οποίο θεσπίζονται μέτρα εφαρμογής του Κανονισμού στην ελληνική επικράτεια.
Η πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα γίνεται μόνο από εμένα την ίδια και σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις από εξουσιοδοτημένους συνεργάτες μου που παρέχουν κατάλληλες εγγυήσεις εμπιστευτικότητας αναφορικά με την ασφάλεια και την προστασία των δεδομένων.
Τα δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα που είναι απαραίτητα για την παροχή των αιτούμενων υπηρεσιών δεν πωλούνται, δεν μισθώνονται, δεν κοινοποιούνται σε τρίτους ούτε δημοσιοποιούνται καθ’ οιονδήποτε τρόπο.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD (TIME LIMIT FOR DELETION)
Τα δεδομένα διατηρούνται μόνο για όσο χρονικό διάστημα απαιτείται για την παροχή των αιτούμενων υπηρεσιών ή για τη συμμόρφωσή μου με υποχρεώσεις που πηγάζουν από το νόμο.
