Welcome to my Blog. I'm Xristina!

I started painting when I was living in the country of my favorite painter Frida Kahlo, in Mexico. My relationship with each image that my hands have created drew from my personal history my own symbols and activated them, connecting them to my conscious life. I realized over time that painting was my way to quiet the mind and to connect with my authentic self.
